Most of the scientists in the CRHEA group have some experience with managing work-packages in European projets. The scientist in charge for PARSEM, Z. Bougrioua, has, up to now, participated to the coordination of 4 European projects. She was representing the MOCVD team of IMEC (INTEC-Ghent, Belgium, 1998-2001) in the Brite-Euram project "MIGHT" (Microwave Gallium nitride High power Transistors, Oct 1998- Oct 2001) and was in charge of workpackages in an ESA supported project "ATHENA". Currently as a «Chargee de Recherche» at CNRS in CRHEA-Valbonne, she is in charge of the first workpackage in the IST project "EURONIM" (ends June 2004) and has overtaken the charge of representing CRHEA in the RTN "IPAM" (end April 2003).
